Integrity Property Management – “The Name says it all”
Two couples from the U.K. who had the ‘Florida Dream’, arrived in Orlando in 2002, both with an L1 Visa, and unknown to each other.
One couple owned the British Shop in Old Town, and the other was running a Security Company specializing in C.C.T.V. systems.
In 2003 the couples happened to meet at the British Shop, and a firm friendship swiftly developed, with both couples having similar dreams and aspirations.
Both couples had Rental Properties in the Orlando Area before moving to Florida, and both had bitter-sweet experiences of their respective Management Companies.
In 2006 we all got our Permanent Resident (Green) Cards, which enabled us to branch out into other ventures, as we were not subject to the ‘dreaded’ visa renewals, which still haunt many people on the E2 visa, who are running Property Management Companies.
We have a combined experience of 9 years in the professional world, holding both a Real Estate license and a Mortgage Broker license, both of which require extensive background checks, and are subject to State and Federal regulations.
We started Integrity Property Management Services with the same professionalism that we have brought to our respective previous businesses, because we had many clients who were not satisfied with their present Management Companies, who seemed to ‘nickel and dime’ them at the earliest opportunity.
We started with ‘Long Term’ rental management,which has proved to be very successful, and which allowed us to develop an experienced network of people to take care of every aspect of running a Rental Home.
We are now expanding into the ‘Short Term’ rental management, and are developing a network of Independent Travel Agents both here in the U.S. and Canada, as well as the U.K., to help generate bookings for our homeowners.
